Evoke Socks prides itself on providing the absolute best dress sock experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return for a full refund within 14 days of receiving them. All items have to be unused with labels and packaging intact. If the product is defective at the fault of manufacturing, then you will also qualify for a full return. As soon as we receive your return, we will exchange your item(s) or give you a full refund, depending on your wish. However, you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping fee, or the return shipping fee.
We do not take responsibility for any item(s) lost during the return shipping.
How to Return or Exchange Evoke Socks
Contact us and state your order number, which socks you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will contact you back with proper instructions. If you do not contact us before returning the socks, you may run the risk of not receiving your credit or exchange.
There are several payment options available on our site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. The total amount (price of order + shipping) will be withdrawn from your account when the order is completed and approved.

Your order will be processed within one working day after it has been placed. After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email including price and purchasing details.
Prices, Customs, and Currencies
Our socks are distributed from our warehouse in San Jose, CA USA. We do not take responsibility for custom charges outside of the USA.
Evoke Socks is not responsible for any charges in currency value or conversion rates that your bank or credit card company may use when charging your country’s currency.
We do our very best to ensure that you receive your socks as fast as possible. Delivery times may be longer during holidays or final sales. For standard shipping within the US, you should receive your order within 3-5 business days. For international orders, it may take up to 2-4 weeks.

Shipping is calculated at the end of the checkout process using live rates from USPS. You have the option of upgrading your delivery method to EXPRESS shipping with USPS.
Orders may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We ship your package according to Incoterm Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), which means we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes on orders to countries outside the USA , and we cannot predict what your particular charges may be.
